NOTICE!
Well, I should confess! As there were too many polygons that the game refused to accept them as shoes, I had to put the Boot itself in accessories, in SOCKS! 
1) You find the leg (I included it in the archive) in Shoes
2) Then you go to the accessories and wear the boots.
